The art of healthy, conscious and deep connections

Experiences that transform the way you relate

We believe that human connection is an art worth honing and enjoying. We seek to develop and disseminate healthier, more conscious and deeper ways of relating. For this, we create group experiences so that you can develop your relational intelligence. Similar to the dojo, a Japanese word that describes the space in which monks trained in martial arts, we offer a space to train all the way from empathy to assertive communication, power of presence to conflict resolution, curiosity to setting limits.

Perhaps more than ever, it is time to look beyond labels, be they political, religious or cultural. Leaving behind small talk, automatic scripts and patterns. Of transcending roles, identities and social masks. Instead, expressing more of what we are and seeing more of what the other is, thus experiencing relationships more and more as a source of meaning, pleasure, growth, adventure and healing in our lives.

'The greatest predictor of your happiness and fulfillment in life is the quality of your relationships'  - Harvard University

It is scientifically proven that the quality of our relationships has a tremendous impact on our physical and mental health, happiness, longevity, our sleep, and so on (Hello Heart). However, little is taught about how to relate intelligently, and today this becomes increasingly important. Research indicates that we have never felt as lonely as we do today in the times of globalization and online hyper connectivity. The current loneliness pandemic makes it clear that being connected is not synonymous with feeling connected. How many of us have felt isolated despite being surrounded by people? Or felt alone within a relationship? Felt invisible behind family roles, social masks? Failed to truly see each other because of expectations and judgments? Hidden behind opinions and superficialities? Lost the patience and grace for each other?
