About the Event
This LAB is part of a series of gatherings for those who want to learn the fundamentals of Authentic Relating - a practice that teaches us to generate deeper, more authentic and intelligent relationships. It's an opportunity to discover new ways to connect both with yourself and with others. In this edition we will focus on the theme "Tension as a fuel for Connection".
- Format: Small meditation at the beginning, 3-4 interactive dynamics in pairs or trios, group sharing circles. A little theory to introduce the concepts, a lot of practice.
