About the Event
After 2 years without Connection LABs, we are back with an introductory workshop for those who want to learn the fundamentals of Authentic Relating - a practice that teaches us to generate deeper, more authentic and intelligent relationships and exchanges. This edition will introduce the “5 Practices” of Authentic Relating and some dynamics on curiosity, empathy, conversational levels, among others. It is an opportunity to discover new ways to connect both with yourself and with others, meet new people here in Floripa and enjoy special moments of connection.
- Format: Small meditation at the beginning, 3-4 interactive dynamics in pairs or trios, group sharing circles. A little theory to introduce the concepts, a lot of practice.
- Voluntary contribution, pay according to the added value.
- Language: Portuguese (there will be upcoming labs in Enlgish)
